Sky’s the Limit is an esteemed senior gentleman. He’s a grade quarter horse who loves to be groomed. He also likes short walks about the property, but his most favorite hobby is standing in the sun. He arrived at the ranch severely emaciated and in need of 24-hour care. After much love and effort from staff and volunteers, he recovered nicely and is full of personality. Not surprising, Sky has arthritis in his front knees, so he requires regular arthritis medication. He is also fed soft food 3 times a day due to the condition of his teeth. He has been pastured with mostly mares but he may be nice company for another older gelding, too. Even though we love his kind presence at the ranch, we would really like to find him a greener pasture for his last years so he can have all the attention he so dearly deserves.
